    its probably a generic wiper motor, so id say it would be need to be earth isolated so there is no earth leak of voltage.
    dont worry about gear rations, its 50 rpm unloaded. and reasonable torque, ok as a start, but you would find similar motors at a car wrecking parts yard, look for large passenger vehicle and a lot cheaper if you ring around.

    My Motion Simulator:
    DC motor, Arduino, 6DOF
    IMHO 60 Watt is ok as a start (meaning for testing purpose) but not enough for reasonable immersion :)
