    we get 4 weeks a year, but actually taking them for a "holiday" is very rare, Its usually taken to catch up things around the house or because kids are sick, etc

    4 weeks same here, but due to the fact I am working irregularly at the late evening and weekends as well we get a compensation of additional 3 weeks in summer + one individual week (over the year) for free.
