    So finished the new welding and measured the push rods roughly..
    We will get on the electronics in 20 minutes time :)

    Well I'am a bit stuck...

    While going through the post of Scratch I saw hes motors are a bit diffrent to mine:

    Mine has a small L shape, he's is pretty much straight, but that I compensated with the drilling of the central hole and then flipping it around.
    But where the problem comes in is:
    Where does the "new" ground go from the wiper?

    Due to the motors of Scratch facing the same way he has changed polarity (I hope I make sence here) so that the motor 1 rotates in the same way as motor 2. Did I get the princibal right?
    And the red/black wires above attach to my red/blue wire right?:oops: (I feel a real idiot for asking this....)

    @Greg83 if you are going to use @RufusDufus code here is how you will find if motors are moving the right way.

    if you are using hall effects pots then you have the choice of reversing motors only.
    for wiring pots the middle pin in usually the runner. doesn't matter which side goes to +5V or GND for none hall effects pots.

    My Pot are not hall effect, they are ordinary 10K Ohm linear Pots.
    I meant Scratch switched the wires on he's Monster Moto:

    I think we have misunderstood each other :)

    I meant in the abouve picture on the monster moto you can see the wires like black/blue, blue/black. This is what I have meant by him reversing "polarity"

    My question regarding the new ground wire was this cable:

    Does that connect to my power supply's ground?

    No, on the PSU thats the 240v earth wire.
    I dont know what wire that is on the wiper motor.
    Have you earth isolated the motors?

    as i said before he did it to work properly(for his build).

    say that you are using that wiper motor in the photo and it has two speeds and two cables, red one is high speed (+) and white is low speed (+) and the body of the motor is the (-) GND .
    we need the high speed for our sim which means red cable and the body of the motor white cable is useless for us , we can not use the body of motor for ground because of the metal structure of the sim(our motor has to move clockwise and counterclockwise and this can be done by reversing polarity( hbridge) ) so we have to ground isolate the motor the way in the link i posted before and that's how the black cable shows up.

    the ground from the second photo is the ground for the 220v.

    @kopper - there is no need for the third wire. Like @insanegr explained, you need to find the GND wire and "High Speed" wire, the third wire you can remove completely from the bush too, just de-solder that wire and remove it. And after that you need to follow the GND wire connection starting from the bushing on the motor board and see if it goes somewhere on the motor housing. If it connects and goes through motor housing, it is not isolated and the electricity will go through your simrig and cause troubles with controller boards too. So you need to break the GND connection from board to motor housing.

    So progress is slow, unfortunately nobody is able to help me with the electrical bits from my friends, so thinking of trying it myself later today, hopefully won't mess up anything! :)

    In the meanwhile I had time to drill shorten the pushrods etc:

    Still need to bend the metal arm of the wiper motor, need to shorten the plastic bushing made for the ball joint and then fine adjust the whole balance point.
    Hopefully next weekend I can start testing, uploading arduino etc :)

    Managed to take apart the motors, the red box I think represents the ground to the body of the motor?! I have removed those.

    @Greg83 the red box is not the GND and i think you didn't read the links @prodigy posted you. motors are identical to those you have. cant be more explained:think

    So now that I'am finisher with that just need to solder a bunch of other stuff..:thumbs

    P.s: The motor gave me the shit as did not know what to expect :D
