    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, DC motor, Arduino
    The original intention of this device is to convert one plain of movement (side to side) to a circular movement (moving the train wheels). If you think about it, our motion simulators are already using this style of motion but in a rather simpler method. By increasing the size of the circular gear, you would have the exact same effect as increasing the length of a lever arm on your motion sim.
