The dev from this game answered me :

    Hi Wanegain,
I would be happy to look into it, but it will depend on time and resources. Tell X Simulator to make a native Unity package and it could happen fairly quickly.

I don't know if it can help

I thought @Barry may like to keep an eye on SuperBike TT, as he was planning bike support for his sim. SuperBike TT is in early access, and is discounted at the moment, but what caught my eye was Rift support: http://store.steampowered.com/app/340410/

On second thoughts early evidence suggests SuperBike TT has lots of issues, so perhaps not:

That could be easily achieved if the program creates a log of information or even a memory share file for third party use and this could easily be turned into a plugin . Interesting one.

I know im late, but what about m2 emulator and supermodel emulator (Sega Model 2 and Model 3 Racing Games) eg. Daytona USA and Daytona USA 2 and Scud Race. These games were brilliant in arcades and would be TONS of fun
adding motion. There is a fairly big community that is still into these games still and they have added network support etc to emulator. They mostly use memory hook to get things working for lights etc on arcade cabs and ive seen them use it for speedo etc. Not to mention the original arcade cabs had some special versions which had motion but I've never got to try one

Certainly an idea to think about. I had MAME in mind – so far it didn't materialise into a plugin ;)

Another thing: You mention a fairly big and active community. Can you please provide some links and details?

I have a bit of experience with MAME. I'd be happy to be a "beta tester" or assist with plugins if I am able....

Although it's been a few years... (and yes this is the same room my Motion Sim now resides in :) )

If I could get "Outrun" working on the motion sim, my life would be complete....

@value1 is it possible to do a tutorial on how to create a plugin for whatever a person has as controllers? While controller input is not as good as a custom game plugin it will work for anything the individual would care to run with it. The current controller plugin works well, but is limited to the Xbox controller as input.

    sure thing.

http://www.supermodel3.com/Forum/index.php (official supermodel emulator) for Daytona USA 2, Scud Race, Sega Rally 2 etc
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/board,55.0.html (lots of mods and things always being done in here for both emulators with helpful community)
http://www.gamespek.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4209 (official m2 emulator forums) for Daytona USA, Sega Rally, Sega Touring Car etc
*not a very active forum thesedays as creator got a job with Sega and stopped working on emulator*

I know for m2 emulator and supermodel that memory hooks were used for lots of things such as VR lights and Leader lights and ive seen it also been done for Speedo use on Daytona USA using the m2 emulator with a digital speedo.

MAME is great but I still think its no where near as good as either of these 2 emulators as both of these use hardware to emulate graphics etc so it runs a lot better then MAME does with these games plus they both have full force feedback support etc on steering wheels and also both have full widescreen support with resolution up to 1080p thesedays

M2 Emulator has network support and works good for the games it supports such as Daytona USA and Sega Rally
Supermodel Emulator doesn't have network support but apparently it is being worked on

I also personally love the fact that you can go to service menu on these games and change Daytona USA 2 for instance to 500 lap endurance race and you literally have a 500 lap race which takes over 3 hours and includes pit stops and even safety car!

The Joystick plugin should work with a variety of controllers, not just the XBOX360. And with version 1.0.2.1 you should be able to select a specific joystick. I only have XBOX360 controllers. I think @Wanegain has conected different joysticks to the plugin.

Yes I tried with a Xbox wireless, Logitech G25 and Thrustmaster T Flight Stick X.
