Nice job there @Piilukirves, thanks for sharing the details and photos of your motion simulator.

If you get the chance members here would really appreciate a video of your motion simulator in action.

No need to apologise, your English is just fine.

you should switch to ultrasonic pwm arduino code.

then the motors are very quiet.

    @Piilukirves : you're riding your simulator! congrats!!
    Well done

@noorbeast : you're as fast as ultrasonic PWM!

@Pit : I wrote this code to allow the Arduino to send 20kHz PWM (instead poor standard 490Hz PWM)
hence the motors are really quieter (I made a comparison video in the post)

Upgraded to ultrasonic, I like it :D a Lot.

Still problem with constant correction on straights, bad CG?

Can you post a video of your sim in action, it would help to better understand what you are trying to describe.

Did you find the CG with yourself and all peripheral included, like this:

Could also be the way you have mounted the potentiometers, try not to have them too far out on the shaft. You would also need to reinforce the bracket that the potentiometers are mounted on.
It looks like they could have a bit of flex. Maybe take a video of the potentiometers while you are playing and see if they have any unwanted movement.

Can you please describe how you came to the CG settings you are using.

Have you tried it on the smaller CTC lever setting?

Can you post your SimTools and Tuning Center settings, particularly for heave.

I see you have a PC power supply, with all the 12v lines joined together as well as the grounds. Are you using the pwr supply to charge the battery...and the battery to pwr everything else.

One other thing, the motors that you have, how do you like them. Friend of mine wants to use wiper motors to build a full sim but unsure if they would stand up. Where is your pivot point under the seat, it looks farther front then it should be?? From what I read, it should be in the center of the seat....??
