    Hi, fellas
I hope this year I'll exit from "theoretics" and I will build my simulator.
All parts (and all ideas) have arrived.

You know, English isn't my native language... Sorry. That is why here will not many words but here will photos and videos.

    In first: Prototype

    In second: Test

Nice simple design, are you going to do any load testing on those motors to see what they can handle (may highlight any issues with inertia or gear binding as the load increases)? What gear ratio are the worm screws?

    Hi, @SeatTime,
    At motor's photo you can see labels 24V 75 rpm 1:50 ;)

And I will test motors in real rig...

Hi @prilad, as I have loaded tested 200w 60:1 worm screw motors. Below as just food for thought, are some quick calculations I did for effective power with your 4DOF worm screw Vs my 6DOF ball screw design. Note that I ended up with more effective power than you (highlighted in yellow)o_O. If you also throw in the effects of inertia, CG (your design has all the weight above the motors drive axis), worm screw gear binding under load, chosen gear ratio = effective speed, you can see how some testing is certainly worth the effort to make some changes in your design (recommend you at least lower your CG;) by raising you frame axis connection point = lower inertia) before you get too far into the project. This could save you some time/cost/effort. All the best in your build.
