@speedy was given an input for linear bearings here, so due to this initiate I was looking for some linear slides. Meanwhile I found three slides for the "heave lift" which could be in the line for using with:

I have do decide today, the auction will end in the evening. Despite of all I do not know yet which concept I should follow, the "hing" concept is easy to build and the offset is not worth the mention:
    3DOF seatmover.jpeg
The "heave lift" concept using the linear slides would be more professional, but needs more skill and tinkering (at least a spring, too):

Edit: I am glad that my way stupid questions can to be answered by myself. Issue solved.
Expected offset using "hing" concept :

Excellent stuff - can confirm from my system that a separate heave really adds to the realism of the simulation.

hi @Bodax can't count them. There was many try and error but every step of the rig could be successfully finished despite of any issues. I never had a plan. I was collecting as many low cost material as I could get and then I started :) Only the motors and drivers have been chosen due to the help of members from here and an other unnamed forum :p

The last two pictures before I will power on my rig today...the one shows the "DHB" MM combo and the other an emergency switch solution - because the lever has no big scope the power off buttons are mandatory.

Obviously a second damaged or non functional MM!! Neither using SMC3 standard configuration nor all other settings are working

PS: one MM works as a half bridge, so the heave should do the job but not like as I would like. Tomorrow I will check out the last sample.

@RacingMat: got them from Aliexpress -
    http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free...-high-current-30A-for-arduino/2040328642.html
two failed, two are working (yet). One has build in the second will follow now. I tried first inly one MM as a half bridge but still too weak - you know, the heave winch needs much power. I do not want to use any springs so I hope two MMs will make the deal ;)
BTW the two VNH2SP30 chips are not plan to each other, it is very weird to put the cooler on them...
