    Thanks very much guys!
@mazak515, it takes time to understand you but once I get the idea, you are a great help! Thank you!:)

Done, and thanks to this test I found the problem, it was the protoboard :mad::mad:
Once I'd disconnected all, and connected only the POT to the arduino, the POT tracked fine!
Sure I still have a lot to do, but man! It works!!!
Edit: Forgot to say that also uploaded the 0.63 version, so maybe that helped too.
Thanks again @Pit !!! You kept helping me and we prevailed! :cheers
Just a short video of the motor working!
    Cheers!

I am glad you sorted it out, perhaps the order of the jrks was jumping the gun...?

Well...to be more precise, a local shop has one JRK in stock and they were getting some more and asked me if I will want some, I said that possibly yes, but not paid upfront for them ;)
Looks like I wont need them, I can get a really nice seat instead, thanks!
Now back to the mechanical design. :cheers

A Cablemodem box recicled :) for the Arduino+motomonster
    Motion box 1 (Large).jpg
Also made a new shielded cable for the POTs out of an old VGA cable.

Trying to make the sim as compact and light as possible, got the idea:

I bought longer screws so I can fit the ball-joints, as I will start with 25mm levers, I think torque will be fine, the COG is about 200mm lower than the ball-joint, we will see...

What are the torque/speed specs of the truck wiper motors you plan on using?

You can get a bit of an idea of how design may effect available torque: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/calculating-basic-linear-speed-and-forces.89/

Based on what I searched, this wipers are in the 20NM range, and tuned to about 90RPM no load.
Thanks for the link! It is on my favorites already but as the specs of this wipers aren't sure, I will start with a short lever (25mm ctc) and then tune it to my pleasure:)

For practical purposes 25mm CTC is about the shortest you can go and I think you may need it.

I use 40mm CTC with 36nm torque and 54 rpm at the gearbox but I am guessing I have a longer and definitely higher connecting point, so also use much more leverage than you plan on using. In fact I have moved my connection point 30mm further forward during my current round of upgrades, to increase the leverage even further.

Yes, I know it is the shortest, and coincidentally it is the size of the lever that came with the motor pantograph :grin, but as you said, my connection points are really narrow (I think I saw some narrower).
Anyway, I think this initial setup will be just that, "initial". I want to feel and play with a moving sim, once tried I'm sure I will know a lot better what I really want and expect from it.
What I think it will help it's that the center of gravity is about 15-20cm lower than the upper ball-joint.

BTW, I'm using a server psu, 12v 32amp. that has a really noisy fan, when I tried to change that fan for another quieter/slower, the PSU didn't turn on, so it looks like it has a current sensor as the original fan is 12v 0.65amp and the replacement is 12v 0.15amp. As I will use 2 fans for cooling the wipers, I connected them together with the inner fan of the PSU and Voila! PSU working fine again and I have power for my fans ;)

There is generally a good reason for PSU fans being noisy and that is to keep the PSU cool. By downgrading the fan you are reducing the cooling efficiency of the supply.
I would monitor the temps coming from the supply whilst in high usage to make sure the supply doesn't get too hot.

Agee with you, near the fan it is a temp sensor glued to a heatsink that shut down the PSU in case of overheat, also, I saw other people with this same PSU slowing down the fan and using it for hours at a constant 25amp load without probs, but yes, I will keep an eye on it and possibly add another fan in the vent.

    Playing with the parts...
silla con cardan y rotulas 2.jpg
Fits perfectly, no need to solder anything an easy to add YAW movement in the future...:)

Which game send telemetry data without having to play? I mean, I want to test and tune my Sim without having to play directly.
    Thanks anyway!

try the replay of your games probably it works. Ages ago AC supported telemetry data while watching the replay but now not.

Rfactor has AI, download a cracked version of the game for free. choose track and car, go into practice, press the AI button (what ever it is) let it go for a run.

So I am hoping a video will soon follow? It would be great to see The Chair in action.
