I wish I had just used Ebay as they are only £1 more expensive on there and at least your pretty much guaranteed to get your money back if there are any problems.

@SilentChill I purchased my motos on eBay. Seller is satisfyelectronics, 46428 positive, only 114 negative, member since 2010. They shipped to the states in just two weeks. So far two are working and two remain unopened. Not making any guarantees but at least it's eBay and PayPal, you will get your money back if faulty. I paid 45usd to get four units. That includes shipping.

lol, some alternatives: "I do not like mass destructions, why we should use MMs?" or "I like MMs because I like to fail in my life" or "MMs will never die because they are D.O.A" or "Buy MMs from Aliexpress and begin to pray" or etc. :D

I'm sorry but I have had a lot of problems with other MM'S I have bought so I wanted to open a dispute straight away.
I'm sick and tired of poor quality moto monsters being sold on aliexpress.
I was hoping you would be different but it is not still faulty goods being sold.
I'm not being unpolite I just want a resolution very quickly.
I will get some videos to prove how poor the controllers are. I suggest you check the rest you have as they will probably all be faulty

@SilentChill - Did you use a Credit Card? You could always open a dispute with your card. If you buy goods and they are faulty and the seller does not respond the card issuer will take a look. Not sure if that extends "internationally", but worth a phone call to your card issuer at the very least / as a last resort. Use the words "Scam seller" etc... :)

Thanks @Archie but I used my debit card so I would struggle.

Think it's an expensive lesson learnt.

I will not use aliexpress at all, though it sounds all good for buyer protection and refunds returns it's appalling. Never again grrrrrrr

    Hello,
It is not polite to ignore messages and it's very bad business not to refund your customers when you have sold faulty goods.
    Please refund my faulty goods.

    Dear
all parts we test before shipping
and don't have any other customer complian this problem
so that is why we always check with you
and we ask you to make the video . but you only make one piece problem
engineer have told me. if one piece broken . he can understand . but if all 4pcs broken . he said is not possible . because all test before shipping.
and now he have find the problem of your way.
that is you connect wrong way .
you think A1 and A2 is together
but in fact . the right is A1 and B1 together .
pls check the video i sent to your email

    This video.

I have 16 faulty monster moto that I have bought off aliexpress.
I am using it as 1 motor driver why don't you get your engineer to look at the schematic properly as he obviously does not know what he is talking about !!!
Stop trying to get out of the refund and just pay me the money back.
I have proved that each of the items has a different faults and you have no idea how to test the units obviously.
could you explain how you test them and what load you put on them to test or do you just use a multimeter ?
anyways that really doesn't matter just refund me.
you are selling faulty goods you need to test properly before selling them.
PLEASE JUST REFUND NOW IT'S GETTING BORING

    Craig Hyde
    2015-07-01 09:33:34
ok I watched the video it shows that part of a1 and b1 are faulty it is only spinning 1 way . well done you have a faulty board.
all mine are faulty in different ways. and I am testing mine under full load one way and the other .
like I say I have 16 bad boards and my friends have even more and all have come from China

TRUST ME AND TEST ALL YOUR MONSTERMOTO'S THE WAY I HAVE OR ELSE YOU WILL GET MORE AND MORE DISPUTES.
Also in your video you are not using an external PSU for the MM I'm suprise you didn't burn your arduino out . very bad practice .
you need to put full voltage through the MM'S to test

    Craig Hyde
    2015-07-01 11:55:15
You said this "and we ask you to make the video . but you only make one piece problem " no I tested all 4 you need to get someone who speaks English to translate Me speaking in the video.
I am getting sick of this you are not very good I will escalate to aliexpress tomorrow as you have not offered any type of solution. Your going round in circles. I know how to use these boards better than you and obviously your engineers.
    Thanks for,well, doing nothing.

This seller is a stupid f****** idiot. That said they know not what they do. I feel pity with you and I am very distinguished about all of that. The MMs would be a good choice , cheap and effective - and now it's all water under the bridge.

They are @Pit just got to get working ones lol even if they cost twice the price from a decent supplier that's not a problem. I will get some from eBay UK after I get my 15 new faulty ones from China lol. Even with all the loss it's still a lot cheaper than any other way.

    Fellows,
"Good quality is not cheap & cheap quality is not good"...............with all of your trouble, time wasted, money probably gone, you could have purchased the "good" higher priced ones and still been ahead of where you are now.......IMHO

Sure friend, everyone wants a bargain, "me" included...........but from years and years of experiences that I've had, most of my bargains have turned out as crap......again, IMHO....

In general You may have right. Actually the MMs are very solid so there would be no reason to make them bad. If they are working the chips are very durable.
