Hi, I'm back, had to move some 65 km to a new and wonderful house, really hard to keep away from the rig, but had to, of course .But I'm back at building again!Ran into some problems ,though !I ran out of movement in the stud end bearings ,way before I would have thought !Having trouble to get the right angle on the push /pull rods .Will have to just keep it within the bearings playroom, and then go for the car like ball bearings ,as suggested earlier in this thread ,later !Actually, I will order them as I write :-D Here's a little progress :

The slipper clutch from Rc cars, works perfectly, if I adjust the brake probably ,it's impossible to overshoot the pot's .All in a clean and simple solution !Next ,cover it all up in 8 mm Plexiglas ,no dogs in the meatgrinder:'( I was thinking about, maybe put in a small sub,and make a bassreflex hole over each motor.Wouldn't that give some cooling? Just a thought !It's just protection film, the white surface, it's gonna be so that you will be able to see everything inside !Is it ,by the way, possible to become a beta tester?

Yes, if it wasn't for the current limitations of the JRKs I certainly would of kept on using them - you cannot beat an imbedded PID for simplicity - plug and play. Nicely built rig :thumbs. Look forward to your video

Once again, thanks for all the incredible quick response, couldn't have done it without your expertise! .Got a new idea, by the way, maybe it's seen before, but I haven't! Instead of a cage to the 2 Pololu cards, with one cooler,I will make to channels with 2 coolers, one in each channel, leading to the motors and in each airchannel I will place a Pololu card with the alu-radiators on.That way I reuse the cooling air, building the airchannels also in Plexiglas, and the 2 coolers :80 mm cooling fans with led light, mounted underneath the base plexiglass, blowing up in the channels! 2 flies with one smack!(Pretty clever, if I may say so myself!) Hope to have some pics tomorrow!

Nice build! To me the pivot point should be right under your butt.. Or else it will be like a seesaw..

And right you are, there will be some changes, I will turn the pivot point 180 degrees, and make the plate it's mounted to closer to the butt! Thanks!
