    Welcome @Dundarx.

Your English is understandable but if you feel language is a problem then try posting in your native language and include English via Google translate. We have bi-lingual speakers from many different language groups so if Google Translate really messes it up they can help clarify what was intended.

Do you have an idea of what type of simulator you would like to build?

Did you use the "SimTools_PluginUpdater.exe" to install the plugin?
Start the updater and drag'n'drop the "Race07_Plugin.zip" over it.
once done, you should see it.

The updater is in your menu under SimTools, or you can find it here in your files: C:\Program Files (x86)\SimTools\SimTools_PluginUpdater.exe
