    Hi all,

First : sorry for my bad English (I'm french you know !! :grin)

I just would like to introduce our 2DOF simulator.
First of all, it is not really mine but it is my cousin's simulator
    >> he made all mechanical parts and tried to connect it to his computer.
    >> as he got some problems, I tried to help him, and know we are very close to finish it.

Here are some mechanical drawings :

    We use : 1 computer + 1 Arduino UNO + 1 Sabertooth 2x25 V2 + Simtools

For the moment, after some problems (now resolved), our seat seems to be OK and is functionning with Simtools + Life for Speed (demo version).

My cousin would like to use it with rFactor 2, so I need to download the apropriate plugin for Simtools.

See you on this forum ....

    Leo,

I have downloaded the Plugin (thanks to momoclic for sponsoring ;)) but I have some problems.

To patch the game I needed to run all programs (Simtools + rFactor2) in "administrator mode" >> this is OK but when the game is running (I can see "Game Running" in Simtools GM) in Tunning Setting window, all values are 0 !!

    Notes :
    - Windows is 7 32b : does the plugin v3.0.6.0 is OK for this version ?
    - I have disconnected Windows Firewall and anti-virus >> no more result !!
    - It is working with Life For Speed.
    - Not sure but it seems that when Simtools is running, the game lose the configuration of wheel

    Any idea ?

I'm not in front of my game computer ....
But I'm not sure that it is a problem with axis and interface settings.
I think to a problem with patching or something like this.

For example, with LFS, I had to remove the patch and patch again to make LFS running correctly with Simtools.

With my office computer (not connected to the seat), I can run LFS and rF2 without problem : the values in "Tunning Center" window are moving correctly ....

    Salut
Installer le plugin en rar ,ne pas le décompresser.
Depatcher et repatcher en indiquant le chemin document/utilisateur/my games/ton jeu.

Hi Install the plugin rar, do not unpack it. Unpatch and repatch indicating the document path / user / my games / ton Thurs.

    Hello,

    my problems are now solved

effectively, after unpatching / patching and catching min/max in tunning center, it is OK..

My 2nd problem was a conflict between Arduino card (and its virtual COM port) and the wheel Logitech G27, connected to another USB port.
When I plugged the Arduino card, my wheel stopped to work correctly.
For information : to solve it, I have connected the Arduino to another USB port and set the COM to another number and now it is OK too.

Thanks to all to your help
