Plugin Rfactor e gtr evolution

    hello use an older PC with 2 games rfactor and gtr evolution .
    I want to know if it is normal that the two plugins behave differently .
    on rfactor I must limit on game managers to 90 % and 60 % while the axes of gtr evolution if I do not put everything 100 % simulator moves very little .
    can you tell me why?

    You can adjust the strength of motion by fiddling with the MaxMin values in TuningCentre.
    The smaller the MaxMin values the more motion you will have.

    Even within a game there are differences in the motion characteristics of different cars or aircraft.

    You have three levels of refinement for any given motion profile, the Axis Allocation and associated filters, the values allocated in the Tuning Center and finally creating car or plane specific refinements in the Profile Editor section of the Game Manager.

    Because SimTool plugins get values for motion from games in different ways there are differences between games in what is obtained.

    In a game like Assetto Corsa the actual physics for an F1 is very different than a Cobra, and physics for a Tiger Moth is very different from a Raptor fighter jet in Prepar3D.

    You can configure a motion profile in 3 ways:
    1. In the Axis Allocation and associated filter values
    2. In the Tuning Center values used
    3. In the Profile Editor section of the Game Manager
    Filters are useful but not essential for a race motion profile, but they are vital to setting up a good flight motion profile where the physical limits of motion simulators come into play for rolls and loops.

    For race motion profiles use smaller Tuning Center values for fast and precise motion responses. In a plane movement tends to slightly follow control inputs and an aircraft sort of settles into a new attitude. It does depend a bit on the aircraft being used, as a Tiger Moth is very different and a lot more imprecise than a Raptor fighter jet, but generally larger values are used for for flight in Tuning Center values.

    Finally, once you have the Tuning Center values as good as you can get then you can create car/track/plane specific profiles in the Game Manager using the Profiles Editor button. To use the Profile Editor copy and rename the default profile under the Editor tab. Then tweak the characteristics needed for that plane or car using the Main Level % and the sliders in the Editor tab.

    Using the Profile Editor you can have a proper amount of say heave for the Cobra in the Tuning Center allocation, which would be too much for an F1. So for the F1 you could lower the Main Level % a little, which will soften the motion of all axis, then alter the heave allocation specifically in the Editor tab. You can also have tweaks for the same car at different tracks, as Nordschleife is really bumpy compared to say Monza.

    thanks for the coins , info perfect as always .
    I did reset the tuning center and enabled the capture, the simulator already behaved better , then adjusting the values on the various items and adjusting the percentages of the axes have reached perfection .
    Very interesting is the fact that you can create different profiles for different cars .
