You can try dropping your Axis Limit like @Archie: http://www.xsimulator.net/community...ut-of-p3d-and-your-sim.6889/page-2#post-85287

You could also try tweaking your PID.

Awesome, ill give that a shot. I did try to limit the current in the jrk utility program but it didnt seem to make much difference...

what didnt make sense was how the jrk could be overdrawing the PSU when there is a 17A difference between the max of what the jrk can handle and the output of the PSU...

Server PSUs are sold cheap because they are at the end of their service life and generally do not like big spikes in current being drawn.
Id suggest splash out the cash and invest in some NEW LED power supplies. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/500W-DC-...ower-Supply-/371380627897?hash=item567802a9b9
they really do handle big spikes of current.
And as Noorbeast said, please share screen shots of ALL the JRK utility tabs so we can check settings.

PSU shut down's are largely in part to improper setting's on JRK/PID/Game engine settings, Yes a PSU can be "bad" but imo these server PSU's have Far better components in them when comparing to the 100$ Chinese knock offs.

Look at the retail price of a Dell Server PSU, You might be in for a Surprise.

I suffer the same issue. Only one does it. Motors are new, they are 60:1, using 2 psu, Only happens on the one side. I have a 2950 60a 750watt on the way, be here Friday. Gonna use that for both instead. THat should be way more power then I need.

Im assuming yes, I found a few on amazon of the same rating for 49$ us. I was hoping to find something with 60+a so I can run 3 units off of the supply.

I just got my HP DPS-600PB B and when i plug it in the fan comes on without any connections to the pins. Is this normal?

With the pins shorted i don't seem to get any change and no LED power light, although the fans are spinning.

never mind.... further testing revealed a bad connection in my dupont cable.

Fan still comes on and stays on though but i can turn on the supply and get 12.5V

Grato.

good night, a simple question, I bought a dsp-600 bp source, soldered the two positive outputs in a cable and did the same with the other. However, there was no power signal in MM, the cooler the source works normally (I will test with the multimeter tomorrow). I would like to know the pins in the center, they should necessarily be used. Grateful.

    Hi,

I'm trying to modify 2 HP DPS600 to use with only one Switch. Can this schema works?
    try.png
I think yes, because I've connect together both 4&8 pin and 6&10 pin of 2 psu.
