It just seemed to me that from the video it was not picking up the heave vibrations. It may just be the angle but normally the seat will move to match the shaking visible in the game.

For a better driving position (eyes/head/back) and immersion I would also suggest lowering the screen, and a lot too, at least 30-40cm. It also seems a bit far too

@noorbeast ok will increase that a bit and test thank you:thumbs

@Blame73 im sorry I should have said I'm a triple screen man;)
This was setup in my dinning room to work on as there's more space so just used my tv because it was easier than dragging all my monitors down to:grin plus I wanted to do a video and there's more room for that to.

    Cheers for the advice

    Regards
    Dag

Better make a stand for the paper too!:p
Seriously though, good work on the monitor stand. I personally think that having your monitors mounted securely is definitely a good idea.

@GIB SimRacing lol yeah cheers they are totally separate from the rig so no movement at all which is what I wanted and they are at a much nicer height.

I think I might have more paper somewhere that I could use to make a stand for this paper, watch this space lol

    Nice!
May I suggest you get rid of that ideal line and learn the track? It's totally against simulation and immersion IMHO

Hi. Read and enjoyed your thread.
I am building a sim with the exact same motors and JRK's, but I am having a hard time getting them to work without throwing a lot of motor drive errors at me. Could you please post all your settings? (motor settings you posted a couple of posts back, are they still "current"?) Would be interesting to see your PID and motor settings...

Hi, need help with a problem that's just happened getting the clicking I had before but this time there's no errors the one motor is moving very small crazy movements sometimes on its own, (my guess is the pot is on its way out) can anyone confirm this ? hope its not the JRK (I've not done any testing yet and got no spare pots) I did check the pots connection to the motor and its all good

the second motor its all good.

    thanks in advance

What kind of pots do you have, and Are you 100% Positive the pot didn't "Spin a little" in its mount and might possibly be RIGHT on the edge of its acceptable range ?
