Keep that motors man, 86rpm is fine, also lots of torque and power (200watts), do as @bsft said and drill diff. CTC holes and try, then if you really don't like them, get the crab pot motors.

6 amps idle and 200 amps peak? Thats a bit harsh, JRKS would work with them, but how effectively and the JRKS may just shut down trying to give enough current to actually reverse them.
Yes 86 rpm speed is fine, but the current needed is a concern, unless I missed something....

You're right I'd read wrong, I thought it was 200watts, not 200amps!!! Anyway, I really doubt they will peak 200amps with a seat mover and a 70kg guy over it, jrks "maybe" wont be enough, but possibly multiple MMs will do the job fine and for a lot less money that 2 new motors.

I would vote for B. I use the 50:1 gear box but I'm 240. The wider you go the more stable at rest you will be. The angle helps to lock you in.

Milton specifically stated he wants Uber detail as in Heave/surface dept......86rpm motor's would VERY much struggle to twitch back and forth at speed and those Stall rating's are through the roof comparing to our Pgsaw/MD motors.

Sorry but I disagree, I have heave detail at 50rpm, so at 86 would be enough detail or he will need to turn down the effect/power or it would be impossible to drive, at least for my taste, a buttkicker would add more detail in surface and engine than any motor.
Also, that stall ratings is weird, I didn't found any whell chair motor with the same specs.

Off subject as usual, but can someone give me some advice on this controller? I'm planning on running it with an arduino servo sketch. Do you think it'll be able to to handle a 24v 20a continuous motor, and it doesnt say if it's regenerative..but do you think the return EMF will destroy my PSU? It doesnt give any further information a side from the amperage and voltage specs. It's not letting me upload the link but if you google sx8851sv it'll show up.

Stall current is sometimes not mentioned in motor ratings, usually rated and max current. But stall current can be anywhere between 2 - 10 times or more rated current. Even if these motors are 200 amps max, JRKS will not run them, in fact, you would need an arduino and one might big h-bridge.
As for RPM, its been discussed before and one example I remember is a 240v motor with 33 rpm at the shaft. Sure he got finer vibration , but the lever was 250mm long CTC.
We have suggested he hunt up PG saw motors and forget the wheel chair motors.
You could get good vibes from a 86 rpm motor, but to match a 150 rm motor, you would need a much longer lever on it. I recall @Nick Moxley runs a 65mm CTC lever, on 150 rm motor/gearbox.
I suggested a 50 MM CTC on his set up with motor mount C . Its compact, will give nice vibration and will keep the motor arm setup compact.
Apart from Nicks videos, here my desk racer with 40mm CTC lever and the JRKS were not set very high in power

Thats pretty good vibe. A shoulder mount 50mm CTC lever will twitch even more.

Shoulder mount seat movers doesn't require much power to work, because of that it is the most used design for wipers setup.
So sure, 25:1 crap pot motors are the perfect match, it is just my (and all the people from my side of the world) impossibility to get them and struggle to get motors what is subconscious talking o_O
    Cheers! :cheers

PGsaw is pretty open to shipping all over the world at decent rates. Hit him up, see what he has to say.

This may help on the Wheelchair Motor , somehow does not have a Spec Sticker on it, I took a picture of the only sticker on the motor and this is what I found:

    PRIDE HEALTH CARE INC.
    Model NO: E660 LH
    Part Number: 660-085-958
    Serial NO: G019x13

I was conveying what the previous owner told me about the motor spec when I bougth it at the Garage sale.

    I hope this helps.

Most sure, but I'm not willing to pay what it would be something like U$S700 for a motor (puting in relation with earnings in diff parts of the world...)
