Need help arduino+monster moto shield

    hi,
    This is my first attempt to build a 2dof with two 12v DCmotors and an arduino +monster moto shield (everything was build in china)
    I don't find any code to insert inside the arduino to control the motors.
    I put the moto shield above the arduino, put the 12V (from external pc alim) to the moto shield and when i try to put arduino code,nothing happened.
    If someone have any idee.

    I have a quick question for you guys. I have everything wired up as shown in this simple lbt-2 hbridge diagram. I ran the arduino sketch for "controlling an Lbt-2 hbridge with a potentiometer" and everything worked great to my surprise. Is there a way I can use this exact wiring to work with simtools?     In the FAQ section you will find any information on Arduino codes to control SimTools. One code which supports your bridge is the SMC3 sketch.
