I've discovered that most super thick wires are needed for 60 amps at 24v. Can be calculated on this page. Too thin cable is just not good. I'm going to make my cable 4 mm copper core. Here is the count: http://www.ledtuning.nl/nl/draadcalculator.

Am doing a VR motorcycle helmet. This has been made so far. And works well with need for speed shift. Helmet uses Freetrack. And ir 4leds and an 8-inch display screen. Use a webcam turned builds trust to ir. This helmet is constructed at night. So I call it the midnight version. This helmet came into my mind and I had to make. This is a successful test vr helmet.

    - Positive:
Race feels very realistic. look around freely.
Reasonably cheap for something super perfects.

I'm going to upgrade this helmet. Or a new building. Make lighter. Battery pack. New helmet. On and off button. And if possible wireless VGA or HDMI signiaal. And a 9 brighter screen. Furthermore, this helmet that is better I had hoped. Need for speed shift may or may not stop it now. These helmet comes on the simulator and will replace the monitor.

These days again been busy with the simulator.
    Upcoming improvements:

    - PSU prepared. 2 X 56 amps at 12 volts. Dual fan.
    - Adjustments remembered for the simulator . The simulator Is little too big. Can not sit well with the pedals! Too far away :(.
    - designed custom cross coupling. Made of four standing 25 mm bearings.

    Planned Improvements to the helmet.
New HD display 250g HDMI. Old is 740 grams of s-vga.
Motorcycle helmet will be replaced with welding helmet.

It seems very high and I still can't quite grasp how the motors link to the frame, but I guess that will be clearer later on.
