In this new post I will show you all steps about the arrival in my house of the 3dof motion simulator.
I will try to describe the various steps with many photos, impressions and, if possible, also videos when I pass to the tests phase...

I apologize, before starting, for my elementary English hoping to be able to explain everything well ;)

Thank you all who will patiently follow my news and to all those will want to give me advice and tips... :thumbs

I intend to clarify that mine is not any action of marketing or advertisement, but only an written and visual account about the realization of my dream desired for so many years and finally realized :)
I do not think is a fault not have had the time and patience to self realize a motion simulator and then to have opted for the purchase of one o_O
I begins with a series of packs and boxes...

Hi shannonb1... what do you mean? It is simply a motion simulator that must be assembled and finally I can start working on! ;)

I think @shannonb1 was asking what brand/model you purchased. It looks like some well made hardware. I don't fault you for not building your own from scratch, and it looks like just doing the final assembly will be a fun and pretty big project!

Yes dJuL, this motion system is a T1000 3 motion by ProSimu.
Yes cgodwin, the simulator's material is really very good and I believe that final result will satisfactory.

The motion simulator assembly is proceeding very well... Accuracy and precision but also fun are fundamental ingredients, and my curiosity to see the finished work exponentially increases! :grin

I put the actuators aside for now...

Welcome and congratulations on your buy, I hope you enjoy it as we do with our sims. I really like the way the T1000 is implemented.

Hello mariano68 and thank you for your compliments. Yes, this motion simulator is very solid and perfectly structured and adopts some really smart constructive solutions!
I hope that the section devoted to the movement is deserving also... and I can not wait to try it and report in this forum the sensations and the degree of immersion during the simulation.

P.S.: I noticed that you are Argentine... I have cousins in Buenos Aires (Villa Ballester) and San Carlo de Bariloche! :):thumbs

Actuators close up... two for the complete movements and one for loss of traction :grin
