SimTools v2 - Video Ride Creator v2.1

Here is the official release of the Video Ride Creator!

The goal of this project is to enable the ability to make our own video rides films for our simulators.

- Re-formatting an Existing Telemetry file for SimTools.

- Axis Scaling (by slider, by a known max value, or by percent)

- Undo & Redo Buttons!! (Up to 100 moves - This one was challenging!)
- Manipulate Multiple ‘Points’ at the Same Time. (You can move 1 to 201 at a time)

- Exact point Value edit
- Telemetry Importer
- Axis Zooming

More Info:
For Undo & Redo buttons, Ctrl+z & Ctrl+y is supported.
Press 'Ctrl' and click a 'point' for exact entries.
Press the 'ShiftKey' and drag a point to move only this point.
Press the 'ShiftKey' and click the Move Spread or Offset buttons to jump by 10. (rather than 1)

The official telemetry format for SimTools is as follows:
Roll (delimiter) Pitch (delimiter) Heave (delimiter) Yaw (delimiter) Sway (delimiter) Surge
With 16 bit outputs possible for each of the DOF’s
