    Hey pals,

a friend of mine could assemble us the interfaces.

They wont be expensive. Please note that etching the circuit board will cost 10Euro each excluding shipping (ebay), and I dont know what the individual parts cost, still.

He'll try to assemble one for testing at first, so it could take a few days, still. He'd said to me, that it would be easy to solder them. Well, for him ;-)

So let me know if you are interested.

    regards

I would be extremely interested in this. Etched board too. I would order two or three of them just in case one quit one me in the future hehehe. I've been contemplating making a post here the past few days and asking what exactly do I need to order as far as pneumatic cylinders, which usb board, which vavle block and anything else I would need to get my cockpit up and moving. I think I can do it with just two actuators like Frex's. If Ego or one of you experts would have a few minutes to sit down and compile me an order list I would be more than gratefull. I've tried to follow along in the alternative actuators thread, but even using a good babel translator for the german has less than stellar results hehehe. I know Ego is converting the homepages to english and I thank him profusely for his hard work, along with the english software conversion too.

    T.T.

I would be interested in 2 of them. Etched board or completed product or etched board and bag of parts – would he know how to modify the controller for 24v valves? Just thought I’d ask

    Thanks!

    - Thanks sirnoname for the 24v valve info, very helpful! -

Is there any benifit to going with the home built card over the Velleman K8055? Just curious, as I already have the Velleman.

The home built interface has a faster response time than the K8055.

    Hey pals,

I dont have expected that the demand will be so high. I ordered just 11 circuit boards plus individual parts.

I would prefer to send all of you just one board for now, in order that everybody can start to build a simulator. And then we make another run of them.

    regards

Dont know how much time it takes normally to etch a circuit board. We ordered them on 19.02.07, but we're waiting for them, still.
