    Die 11 Platinen sind angekommen; the boards arrived

    Ein paar Tage wirds aber wohl noch dauern;

    PS: Ich hätte sie gleich bohren lassen sollen. Zum Glück hab ich ne Standbohrmaschine im Keller. Jetzt brauche ich nur noch nen Miniaturbohrer.

    mit 0,8 kommste glaube ich sehr weit, meine waren zwar schon gebohrt, aber der Kerl hatte zwei vergessen, und alle in der gleichen größe gebohrt, also zu klein für transistoren und Dioden etc...

    private matters pushed the start of interface manufacturing a little forward. But I think we could start this weekend.

    ungeduldig? ich warte schon Jahre ;)

    Der Plan sieht so aus. Am Mo kauf ich erst mal die kleinen Bohrer bearbeite eine Platine. Diese wird dann Mo Abend oder Di Bestückt und zu sirnoname zum Testen geschickt. Wenn der Aufbau OK ist, werden die restlichen Bestückt und an euch versendet.

    Aber leider nur eine/Person.

    Schneller gehts net ;)

    Sorry, wollte ja keinen Druck machen..
    Ich plane den Sitz ggfs. mit Hydraulik auszurüsten, wenn alles soweit funktioniert.
    Bin glücklicherweise GF eines Sondermaschinenbauunternehmens (Whow... langes Wort...), mal schauen, was die Zeit so zuläßt.

    Was haltet Ihr davon, wenn man die Potis gegen Potis austauscht, die direkt am Zylinder angeflanscht sind. (Z.B. von Megatron).
    Hat mal jemand die Daten der Potis zur Hand?

    Ok, das erste Board ist nun, bis auf ein Bauteil, zusammengelötet.

    Und das sind die weissen Ventil-Connector. Kann die Teile nicht finden. Zumindest nirgends wo man als Privatmann einkaufen kann.

    Also werden vorerst folgende 8pin connecter Schraubleisten (wie auf den Velleman Interfaces) verwendet.

    Das ist für manche von Vorteil, jene die Festo Ventile benutzen wollen, und für manche von Nachteil, jene die den originalen Ventilblock benutzen wollen.

    Es sei denn, mir lässt jemand solche connectors zukommen.
