    Hello everyone !

I would like to share with you what i have done with my simulator .

I would like to call it 2.5 DOF with traction loss :) . Why, you ask me? 2.5 DOF because i have some lift mechanism which lifting up only foot base with monitor and steering wheel. Why i decide make this kind of mechanism ? Let say we have 2 DOF full frame and 2 DOF Chair base . In first case we have motion on all body, in second case moves only upper body, in my case moves all body and foot and hands just up and down, and body in all directions. Simple explanation : when you accelerating your body leans backward, and foot base moving up and getting closer, it means, no gap increases between steering wheel and your hands. When you lean from side to side foot base staying calm in one place, it feels like in car when you driving. When you have G force applied on your body in turning to corner moment, whole body getting a pressure and you try hold in to your steering wheel hard. That how this works .
Of Course in this moment is it just concept model, so you can call it FRANKENCHAIR :) . It born already two years ago, and beginning was full frame, then only moving chair base and now 2,5 DOF with traction loss, that what you see.
And of course i'm using SimTools !!!
And i'm also have homemade VR Headset with face tracking.
If it is interesting for you i will answer any question.

Unfortunately the video is marked as Private, you will need to change it to public for members to be able to view it.

Which ever you feel you have the best profile for. I firmly believe in AC physics. So is my Go to Sim, but also frequent DR from time to time....tho its Physics are Very much Codies work.

I consider Assetto Corsa has the best physics for motion though Dirt Rally is the best rally experience and still has reasonable motion. Project cars is aesthetically pretty but the motion physics is a bit more arcade like than Assetto Corsa.

4x wiper motors 2 in couple,
    Bourns Rotary Potentiometer
    SMC3 Arduino PID driver

    Tech spec for traction loss:
Mini VNH2SP30 Monster Moto Shield Module x2 in couple for more power
    2x wiper motors in couple

Thank you. Wood is always good, for not too much tools, jobs :) . Easy to destroy and rebuild how you like in short time term.
