    I want to introduce my homebuilt portable full pneumatic g-seat who was a perfect addition to the great jetseat form gametrix. It works with around 20 bladders, 10 high power servos and seatbelt and hipbelt tensioner. I use simtools and ardunio to communicate with dcs , x-plane 11 and aerofly FS2. The g-seat
    produces pitch, roll acceleration and decelereation with the bladers and tensioners. The bladers lift and pushes you around 5 cm. The immersion in non vr is great but in vr it was simply amazing because you are more sensitive. I want to encourage you to built your own gseat if you want to built a vr homepit in the future.Its very easy to built and i make over 1 1/2 hour video how you can built it by your own with overview, materials, dimensions, prices for the hardware and so on. I will thank simtools for the great software and @xxpelle's from simtools forum for sharing his ideas and code, feel free to ask if you have questions, i am shure i can help you if you want build your own g-seat, hope you like the pit, i hope you like the building and introduction videos i made for the intersted simulation builders.

    Hi @volker metzger

    I am planning to upgrade my racing Gseat to Flight sim G-Seat, already...
    Unless I missed it, i haven't seen how you positioned the air wedges on the seat in your videos.
    I currently have 4:
    -2 at the back right and left,
    -2 for the legs.
    I guess you have at least 2 more positioned in your seat
    Can you share more details about this please?

    This is very helpful.
    A bucket seat is obviously best for the sway than my deck seat. Should be the same for Volker's playseat.
    Your 3D printed case can accomodate 4 servos as I can see, do you really only use 4 servos to drive all this?
    Or maybe you have 2 cases?

    I have 2 copressor units with 4 pressure pads and 2 extra servo connections for the seat belts per unit

    A hard seat is definitely better than a soft seat because it only directs the power to the pilot
