For a long time I could not figure out why, when starting smc3, the chair stands exactly, and when I start simtools, it becomes on its side.
I started to check everything, at first I thought that the potentiometer was not working correctly - no, everything is ok,
then I tried to configure the software - no,
The problem turned out to be funny and stupid - one thrust going from the motor to the shoulders was 1 cm longer.I did not adjust them evenly during assembly,
Therefore, I want to say, be careful !!!, do not rush !!!! and check everything 10 times !!!, basically all the big problems are hidden in small mistakes !!!!!

By the way, I decided not to risk it and ordered another power supply, so that this time it was definitely enough for the future))
Took a server unit HP 1200 with 12 volts 100a

I finally got the power supply. It is much smaller and more compact than I imagined, now I understand that I made a mistake when using power supplies from a PC.
I had to tinker a bit with it while I started it, first I soldered a 1kOhm resistor to 33 and 36 terminals, it did not start, then I just put it with a jumper and it worked .. I used 1.5 mm2 wires, 2 for (-) and 2 for (+), total 8 wires for 2 motors, it was specially soldered in different places to distribute the load evenly, until I connected it to the simulator, I will immediately write a post about its work

A short tip: remove the flux resedue with isopropanol alkohol as good as you can. Flux resedue can cause corrosion over time

The power supply works perfectly, it is very quiet and powerful at a price of $ 10, this is the best option, when setting pwMmax 230 and pwmrev 200, the voltage is kept at exactly 12.5 even at 0.1 does not fall.

I want to say a few words about plugins and settings, I tried to configure the LFS all day, but I could not properly configure the LFS as it strangely transmits signals, the same thing is observed in the Project cars 3 game. But in the games AC, DIRT rally 1 & 2, on the contrary, all the sensations from driving are simply perfectly conveyed, I sit in a chair and smile when I play these games, I just don't want to stop super, I am very pleased with the result ..
There is one question: can anyone know how to fix this? Simtools conflicts with SimHub and SImHub stops transmitting signal to my dashboard and bass shakers, apparently both programs use the same telemetry transmission channel, how can I fix this and make them work together?
