Question Mige based osw - emi on USB cables? How to fix that?

Two weeks ago I finally finished my DD build (Mige+aasd+emc) and it is mostly working just fine and I was able to fix most of bugs. But it seems I have emi issues with USB cables??.

First lcd in the steering wheel itself (VoCore 4,3") sometimes randomly shifts screen resulting in 'splitted' screen. I did a test using the same USB cable routed in the same way then replaying data from SimHub over one hour - worked fine. Turn on the control box (aasd + stm32) to see if wireless data transmission has to do something with it but still ok. Shake wheel, tilted it and whatnot and still worked 100%. So it is most likely emi from Mige itself? LCD is connected by 2,5m extension cable + short spiral cable.

Second issue is with the USB cable connection to the control box itself. I am using the original cable from my old Thrustmaster wheel: A. It works and has a ferrite core B. It is a nod to the legacy of my old wheel… I even added a second ferrite core next to the connector to the main stm32 board. Game sometimes report disconnected controllers. Sometimes I had complete loss of any input aka car followed last inputs in terms of steering angle and throttle position then returned to normal about 1s later. Those issues can be "fixed" by routing cable away from the main cable bundle going to the Mige .

Right now I am thinking about buying some hefty good quality USB cables and hope for the best. Currently there are no extra grounding cables or anything. I see pictures of where people add grounding wires from Mige to iec plug and pc case and pedal base and basically anything metal in vicinity. Isn't that unnecessary? I mean the pc case is grounded normally, Mige is grounded too. Actually I did check servo grounding from shaft to iec connector - 14,8 ohms, not the best value but it is connected.

What do you suggest? Anyone similar issues? I am all ears.
