Running the motor with a BTS7960, 50% PWM duty cycle from 12v supply, so feeding the motor 6v. PWM frequency is 16KHz, verified with an oscilloscope. Motor windings are 0.4 ohms, so the current going through them should be 15A. Well within the specs of the BTS7960 and MY1020 motor. Using an HP DPS-800GB server power supply (12v, 800W, 82A max).

The motor has a very loud squeal when held at stall. When allowed to freely rotate it is quiet. Not sure why this is the case. Any help would be appreciated.
