Okay so I read the other threads about 32bit/64bit, and have created a folder following the recomended file path etc.

I run the Steam version of dirt rally 2 in a recent install of windows 11. In Steam I unchecked the cloud save, and also searched for where stem hides a save, but it's says remote save and doesn't match-up to what the other threads show as file name and location etc. It seams like most of my other Steam games make patching mostly painless and simple.

Is this a CodeMasters issue or a Steam issue?

    Thoughts?

Okay I finally got it, I kept looking for a save file and not just patching the folder path that is in the dirt rally 2 patch faq

HOLY CRAP! Wow when peeps said to tune it down depending on the game, I have sway, heave, yaw set a bit aggressively and I got thrown all over the place when I hit some wild terrain in the free drive area.

So I guess remove dofs and and then back one at a time adjusting as I go to get the game dialed in lol.
