    Hi.,

I find it really hard to find a recommended motor to buy. I am building a 2dof dim. I tried something with 0,24nm but i think its too weak. So any idea what i can buy that also ships to the netherlands? Something that is durable.

A 2DOF has a potential number of forms, shoulder mount seat shaker, compact seat shaker or full frame, full frame knee or foot mount. What I am tying to convey is that you need to provide far more specific information about what you intend to build, as the question as to what motor suits is intimately related to that.

Once some idea of the desired design is known, and a guess about possible related motor specs needed could be made, it will then be clearer what motor option may or may not be available in the Netherlands, or if you would need to go further afield.

if the question is still relevant, many do with motors from wheelchairs on Amazon there is an option for 75 euros, I used it in my project (I am also from the Netherlands) they can consume 25 amperes at 24 volts with a sharp change in direction and this must be taken into account in the power supply but also you can try taking two cheap 500 watt power supplies from a computer and setting the settings higher in SMC 3
