hello, I have an issue with my recently build sim, my emails to the simtools team are not responded so I hope someone in the comunity can help me.
every time I get into a game the movements in the axis are very slow, the roll and itch for example respond at a very low rate not in real time, I have to close the game and reopen it and then the rig start moving the way it should! and this happens in every single game.
the second question is probably the most important, I need to know how to avoid the extremely violent movemnts that my sim make when the car crashes or even worse, when the car flip over, my rig tries to simulate that flip and the actuators makes a extremely fast movement that I'm afraid can cause some parts to break.
I would really apretiate the help in this matter

The Axis Allocations are only part of the settings, it sounds like you may also need to refine your Tuning Center settings.

First capture the Tuning Center values, then tweak from there, see the motion profile tuning tips in the FAQs: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Basically, the smaller the TC values the sharper the response, but over less range, and conversely the larger the value the more gentle the response, but over a larger range.

But with respect to crash moderation you may want to consider upgrading to SimTools v3, as it has this feature and is nearing the end of its Beta testing: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/simtools-v3-public-beta.17329/page-72#post-243255

the crash detection feature was one of the things that made me install the version 3, and the fact that the plugins can be installed directly in the interface, but in the post of my build I talk about a problem with the software, I had to put the sensibility at 10% and even with that pecentage my sim started to jump at the begining of the race and broke several pieces, so I haven't use it any more until I have more information about what could gone wrong

about the fact that I have to close and start the games again in order to make it work properly do you have any ideas of what should it be? here I posted a video showing the problem https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/6dof-linear-actuators-almost-done.18379/#post-244278

Please see my response on your build thread, trying to resolve and issue across multiple threads only leads to fragmentation of key information and confusion.
