    Here is the simconnect version you want to use with the plugin.
    It gets auto installed when installing the plugin, but if other versions are already on the system, it may not be used or installed. (It's v10.0.62615.0)

    If your system has other versions installed, please remove them from the system so we know the correct version is being used. Both the box and the steam version of the game has been confirmed working, so this should fix your problem buddy.

    Yobuddy, I did the plugin reinstalled then dropped the FSX .exe launch with no problem but still no motion. Here are the screen shots of the setting

    The first simconnect I posted is the one for fsx, the second one is for Prepar. (but we have both installed so I sent you both)

    You do have some stuff installed that I don't thou.

    It is possible the flight radio uses a different simconnect than the plugin does, as it looks to be a hardware device that communicates with the game?

    @yobuddy deleted the flight radio did new steam Fsx installed dragged the box Fsx to the steam banner and no change launch the flight sim but no motion. But what is crazy I installed prepar3d plug in and dropped the exe from my prepar3d tested I get motions then dragged my box Fsx to the prepar3d and it launch the box Fsx with motions. I like to keep prepar3d stand alone because I got different payware aircraft that are not available on Fsx.(maybe this will help determine when I launch the box Fsx that was dragged on the steam banner the rig makes sound like is getting inputs from the simulator but no motions after)

    @yobuddy,
    I purchased FSX Steam it works with simtools got motions but when dropped Box FSX on the FSX banner lost the motions of the rig. See attached files
