    Ihave try sir, but still get same problem. I have try p 300 until 500 sir. I have check the pot are oke 10k. And change to new pot still get same problem like on video sir.

    So the sim is ok when you are not sitting in it ?

    This means the motors are not powerful enough, or your power supply is too weak

    Yess sir, i used 2 motor 250watt with 300rpm. And used 1 psu 24v 13A. But i tets supplay 22v to motor direcly it veryy strong sit, until my ring jumping, yess i will try with 2 psu 24v 13A sir.

    these motors can draw 25 amps when turning sharply, be aware of this

    Same problem as me, I am using two wiper motors, I can assure you that it is a matter of power, no p, d or i are the issue here, only power. Since 250W should be enough to move the rig, I would concentrate on PSU. Unless... Did you balance the rig well, when you are sitting on it?

    In my opinion, something is wrong with the connections of the potentiometers to the arduino or the uploaded software to the arduino.
    There is a limitation in SMC3Utils software, you can control only one motor . In your video you can see that Motor 1 is selected and both motors are moving such operation is incorrect. First of all, check that when you have Motor 1 selected, if by turning the potentiometer from Motor 1 you change the position of the green line, then do the same for the potentiometer from Motor 2, if with Motor 1 selected you can change the position of the green line by turning both potentiometers, it indicates a problem with the correct wiring.
