    Hello everyone,

I currently have a PS5 + PSVR 2, and I'm wondering if it's possible to use simtools to simulate the motion of Epic Roller Coasters on a motion platform. I know that Epic Roller Coasters communicates via UDP. Has anyone received telemetry data from Epic Roller Coasters in the context of PS5 + PSVR 2? Looking forward to your sharing or suggestions!!!

I hope this helps you, I opened udp port 4123 on the PC where I have simtools installed and in the PS5 game go to options, telemetry I put the IP4 address of the PC (192.168.1.35 in my case) with that it started working. To know the IP of the PC, open terminal and write ipconfig.

Hello, I am just following up with this thread. I see there is a plugin for epic roller coaster. I have tried it but it didn’t work. It was running gt7proxy at the same time, not sure if that caused a problem,
If I change the ip of the ps5 to pc’s would gt7 also work or is there a different way around to make epic roller coaster work with ps5 and psvr2
    Thabk you

Close the proxy, that's only for gt7. Within the rollecoaster game, put the IP of your PC and port 4123 in options - telemetry

I just don’t know how to do the udp port thing and ~telemetry (like no limit roller coaster?)
I see on YouTube they use firewall to open udp port is that the way to do it?

Yes, the port required by the game needs to be open on the PC where you run simtools, and that is done with a new rule in the firewall, that port is 4123, then within the game options on the PS5 (options, telemetry ) indicate the IP of the PC (ipconfig in the PC command terminal to know it) and port 4123 17277340863883546282442629610572.jpg

    Woow.
I thought I did something wrong to ps5 when I wanted to play gt7 again. It stopped working actually psn was down. Holly!!! Haha.
Do you have a good axis and min/max setup for the Epic roller coaster for a 3 dof? The one it has is very slow almost no movement
