    cheers!
we develop software for remote control of mining equipment (excavators and treatment systems and so on). We want to get feedback and do not want to be tied to any one equipment manufacturer.
Is it possible to get instructions on what signals should be given to your software in order to get maximum compatibility with equipment that supports SIMTOOLS?
In fact, so that we can transmit video from our controller to the screen and set up feedback through your software?

The SimTools dev @yobuddy is always very supportive of novel applications.

As a starting point it likely depends on the source telemetry.

Game engines can be configured to send telemetry: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...ry-output-into-a-game-unity-and-ue4-code.287/

Telemetry can be extracted from games via a variety of means using the SimTools API: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/simtools-v3.401/

And simtools can use things such as crafted video to drive motion via SimTools Video Ride and Creator plugins.

Best to clarify further what you mean by "we can transmit video from our controller to the screen" within those options.

Could you tell us a bit more about what you are trying to do?
Like do you want to send speed to SimTools, and then run a speedometer?
With a bit more knowledge of what your trying to do, I'm sure we can help out.
