Hi everyone, just wanted to shared my build of the ffb steering wheel,I guess it is a direct drive wheel. I used a treadmill dc motor. I got my from market place for free from someone that was giving the treadmill away.this motors can handle from 12 volts to 130 volts dc. So how much force feedback do you want? Well you have plenty of power to chose, I started running it at 24 v and it was a bit to much so I lowered a bit to 21 volts and it is good for me now. I can’t imagine what it will be a 36 volts lol probably you will have to be careful with your fingers lol.
