Hello everyone, I have a little confuse about the VR simulation. please support if you know my questions:

    1. there is no problem about the output from simtools to normal computer game(means no VR)\
    2. I download the openVR compensation, and find the interface. however, how to connect openVR compensation with simtools and my VR headset(occulus quest 3)?

I am currently building Dr ADHD aka Kevinski 4DOF Motion Sim that he has posted on YouTube, and will be using a Pimax XK8 when I'm finished ( hopefully) .. Have you worked out a way forward for you yet ? Is Motion Compensation possible? I have purchased a WITmotion wt901C in anticipation that somehow will work.

    Hello,

I'm currently looking into motion compensation myself. I went from a 2-DOF setup with two actuators to a 4-DOF setup with five actuators, and now I feel the need for this compensation.

At first, I used the Pimax software along with one of my controllers, but it's way too sensitive and not adjustable with filters. I found this video from LeBoisRacing, which explains it quite well, but I haven't had the time to try it yet:

Hy, I followed the video, but it's not easy. I haven't managed to achieve much so far. I'll give it another try with a fresh mind tomorrow. But I need to figure it out with the SRT80 and 200mm of travel, it's complicated not to teleport inside the car :nerd. Did you try on your side?

    Hello,

I haven't tried yet. I'm retired but still very active on the side. I'll give it a try when my son visits, and I'll keep you posted :D
