    Hey guys,

I am new here and have been doing some research because I would like to build my own 6dof sim. I like @peacemakers build on the actuators from July 2022 and am curious what other people think. Do I copy them? Or is there a better updated version that is relatively the same price?

it's best to be inspired by others but in my opinion that's what diy is all about, to have your own idea

Yes. I have changed routes and am now designing my own actuators using aluminum extrusions. I did take the easier route with the wiring and software though by purchasing 80st-m02430 motors w the aas15a drivers and the thanos amc controller.
