H3 not moving with closed loop signal

    Hi! I recently bought an H3 from the official vendor. It came in assembed form. When testing it, it gives the below errors and SMC3Utils shows green line not following blue line in closed loop, while the motor could move in open loop when starting at the beginning and switching the motor at SMC3Utils. Wondering what the issue could be from an expert's perspective:

    With a commercial rig you should, in the first instance, contact the manufacturer for support.

    That said, the pot does not looked to be properly centered, the green pot line should be over the blue line when the rig is level. There also looks to be an unexpected amount of movement in the pot, if the rig is actually static.
