    So 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 jrk 12v12......I was told there were 5 in the mail, I know because its on the tracking order, to which I asked does that mean for certain they are in fact in the box on the way, I was given a smart ass response with the basis of, yes I am 100% sure they are in the box because we have shipping information.

    Called today, 2 weeks later and guess what, they wernt in the box! so that magic number of 5 she made up was some bullcrap to get me to send them my money.

    Now a different lady called me back and said the answer I knew I would get, pololu wont have them until April!

    I STRONG RECOMMEND AGAINST ROBOTSHOP.com,,,,,,if you dont have the product, dont tell me they are in the air so I will send you my 210$'s.

    Now my project is delayed. So So mad

    Thats not very nice. There is nothing wrong with back orders if it is clear that it is a back order. They should not sell you a product that is clearly out of stock everywhere, and tell you they are in the mail already after you payed.

    thanks for the move. Yeh Im good with out of stock,,,,but I even told her, this thing is out of stock, glad to find one shop with 2 to which she replied we will have 5. I was like are you sure they are coming because these things are hard to find now and I have another opportunity elsewhere to get 1 from 2 different places. but because she made me feel like an idiot because she had a tracking number. Makes me want to build something on my own. I went ahead and ordered straight from Pololu as a backorder, figure they will fill their orders first but who knows.

    in a good light, i have my load cell and leo on the way for my cst pedals so i can spend time on that until, ug April....
