    Hi guys,
we are two students from Austria and we are building a 2DOF motion simulator. We want to keep the costs as low as possible, so we use old truck wiper motors (24V DC) and mainly material we already have. At first we thought about using a Raspberry Pi, but then we decided to use an Arduino.

We already have some ideas thanks to all these amazing projects here.

We will keep you guys updated. Stay tuned!

We also want to build a motor driver board. We currently are using a really cheap and weak one just for testing.

    Hello,
We were thinking about building our own motor driver board, but we came across these. They are much cheaper than any others we have looked at, but at the same time they are capable of handling high current. Do any of you know if it would be possible to use one of these for each motors (two in total).

We think about using these, but we found out that we would have to use 2 of these for each motor (=4 in total) and that the programming would be more complicated. But we are keeping that as an option.

Hello, these are our motors. They are 24v DC Motors.

You might consider buying two of these:

Thank you very much for the recommendation! That's exactly what we were looking for.
