I thinking to build my 2DOF, but I have a big dilema and I ask the community to help me with that.

By experience, everybody can explain the best one and why :

What is the best technical solution regardless the price ; linear actuator or wiper motor ? Why ?
What is the best design (frex, ...) for a best felling simulation ?

    Your question is like asking:
What is the best racing car? A WRC rally car or a F1 open wheeler?

Linear or angular actuator? Depends on the mechanical design. Both actuator types can produce both linear and angular movements with trade offs.
Best design? The word frex should not be in the same sentence... :D Again, it really depends on what you want to simulate.

ok, I'm going to be more accurate on my question :

I saw a lot of video showing a DIY 2DOF or more DOF, everytime that was completely different : one moving with a big angle, other looks like simulate all bump on the road, other don't look very good, and some are very too much movement.

These huges differences of comportment is due by the design of the simulator, the type of actuators or the settings of Xsim software ?

All points you did name are variables, which contribute to the motion qualtiy.
Simulator wheight, which results in mass inertia, simulator design, motors/actuators power, and of course X-Sim profile configuration.
As long as the motors/actuators have sufficient power, you willl sort the rest out with some practice and trial&error.

How much or how fast a simulator moves is a matter of personal preferrence as well.

    Regards

    My Motion Simulator:
2DOF, DC motor, JRK, SimforceGT, 6DOF
I agree egoexpress, with my unit i change most variables, due to the different car mods to give a real life feel to the sim, but on the other hand when i have a long race event on 2-4 hour drive i smoothen out the vertical forces and lower the roll and pitch so after a long time ya not struggling to hold ya self in (must install 5 point harness) or sore kidneys from bouncing around.

So yea it really comes down to personal preference on how you would like it feel. And again agree with egopress if ya motor have sufficent power to move ya sim ya can fiddle with the variables. If not it can have limited movement.

The simulator design determines the actuators used. Actuators used determines settings in X-Sim. The settings in X-Sim determine how your simulator feels.

We are not narrowing down the options here.. :D
