    hi @all
i'm on the way building this. I'm waiting for the MotoMonsterShield. I have already the Motors mentioned from RacingMat. I also build the seat from the Item square tube complete. So the part of the steel frame for the motion has to be done.
I have never electro-weld anything so has someone also done this the first time and is it possible because i have to buy the electro-weld equipment. Any suggestions to that would be nice.
Is it a good idea to buy a used cardan-shaft from the srap yard or are there other better and/or cheaper solutions?
Is the program for the Arduino also included in the downloadable package from XSimulator?
So many questions at the beginning. If i have the permission i will also post some pictures of what i have done so far.
    so long

Welcome @hape looks like ya will have it happening soon.
    1. MIG welding is not hard a little practice, once setup its basically point and shoot.
    2. I only use a tail shaft from a rear axle driven car , as front wheel drive unis tend to twist. Even an old broken prop shaft from a tractor linkage is a strong option.
    3. Ard code look here - http://www.xsimulator.net/community/forums/simtools-compatible-interfaces.25/
    my fav - SMC3
