Here is the interface preset file I use for my 2 DOF playseat:
    - 2 DOF
    - roll and pitch DOFs
    - wiper motors are at rear
    - arduino code in the DIY tutorial http://www.xsimulator.net/2dof-wiper-motor-playseat/

No need to fiddle with your local directory! Simply drop your preset here to install them:

@Daguru , also if you are fitting the motors towards the front, you will best modify the design so they are working to overcome centre of gravity.
So make some extra motor mounts like I have drawn up

Thank you @bsft I was going to do that as I seen you advise someone else the same thing. ;)

Would it work ok if i moved those mounts even closer to the front ? so it wouldn't get in the way of getting in and out of the rig
    Regards
    Dag

If you mean like a foot motor mount
2DOF racingmat playseat rear wiper motors foot.jpg
    Or this
    165612890_frontmotor1_122_37lo.jpg
Then yes, thats fine, the overall travel of angle may be a little shorter, but a good profile with help sort the immersion feeling out.
