    Hello everyone,

I am starting this adventure of creating my own 2DOF simulator, but I would like to document the process quite well, from the calculations of the structure to the results of the simulator.

Does anyone have any idea how to start with the calculations or if they already exist in this forum? I would like to have calculations of forces, distances, etc. of why the elements have been placed in the position they are.

For example, I was reviewing some academic papers where they performed force calculations using Newton's laws on 2D planes with force diagrams.
I wonder, why is each element placed in that way? Was there any calculation done?

Search reference in google: Modelo Dinámico y Control de Simulador de Conducción de 2 Grados de Libertad.
