Wiring-2-Motors.jpg Hello i finally start my project but i have some dificulties when i began
Please updated schematic with motor 1 and motor 2 separated for individuals like me who work in a scattered manner. It's necessary to differentiate motor 1 and 2 in this schematic because most schematics start from the left, and when I started from the left in this schematic, I would have tried a single motor and then transitioned to the second motor. Unfortunately, since this schematic starts with motor 2, I couldn't get the system to work correctly. I've seen many people struggle with this issue, so please update the schematic.
I also made a little changes on the scheme please check it and if its correct upload this one so its more easier with this scheme for careless builders like me :)

Everythigns work i start to build my 2dof mot.sim i update time to time in here just waiting for u joint to arrive

im using 2 ibt , 2 1/60 worm gear 24v 90w (36rpm) 11a motor maybe im gonna chane to 1/30 becaouse of the rpm
    2 600w 24v 25a psu
    2 hall effect pot.
2 rubber strap for potatiometer :)

if you start from motor 2 cabels and try to set it up at SMC3Utils motor1 (open as a deafult from motor1) program cant operate motor 2 because its in motor section1 :) i have 2 arduino boards and 4 of ibts before figure out this issue i try every combinations its take me 9 hours to test all of them :) i even think formatting windows maybe some com ports make a conflict each others. Before format i want to last check every posibility and saw this

i saw 2-3 for motor 1 then i blame my self because i have limited time to build my project so im always ina hurry
Just take your time and makesure everthing is in its order to achive your project dont loose 9 hours like me

On the other hand, avoid elastic bands, I did like you at the beginning and there is a spring effect which does not allow precise control of the returns.

Gears are the only thing that's true!

if you make tension on the rubber bands it have spring effect but if u make the tension is about 0.01 :)) there is no problem but yea its not reliable on those precise movements so i make my pot holder as hard as steel no need for gears.
İ insert them into shaft there is a hole for this , that saves my gear problem.
    second picture i soldering this

i dont know whats in english maybe ''PCB Mount Screw Terminal Block''
it fits very nice and strong.
waiting rod ends thats coming from china at 15may :( cos normal rod ends doesnt give me 45 degree of roll and pitch.

no need to soldering 3-4 and other pot ground and 5v stuff :) it have both middle and side plugs one 3 goes to middle one 4 goes to side 3 plug and it have 4 of 5v and ground plug for this stuff
its better and cheaper than electrocookie

The motors you chose seem too small to drive 2DOF, most projects use 180-250W motors.
Nevertheless, I wish you good luck, what length of the arm are you planning?

    thnx for the best wishes
one of these motors can handle up to 200kg each and if they doesnt enough to tilt me im gonna change them
    and
for getting these angles i have to use 25cm arms for my motors like in the picture :p

You have intrigued me :), I have 250W motors and arms with a length of 8.5cm the motors draw 10-11A during operation, your motors have a maximum draw of 5A (according to the specifications on the page you provided). It must be magic :). I understand that you are building 2 DOF for flying ? DCS or MSFS2020 ?

most of time i use it for racing less time for flying but the page says
''♥ Work details: the voltage of the motor is DC24, the power is 90 W, the current is 11 A and the speed is 2200 rpm.''
i have multimeter when it in full load i measure the draw of ampere
by the way nice and clean setup of yours.

thnx for the warning im really new to this stuff and make something looking trough youtube and other forums and im not familiar with V and W stuff :)
but when i ask to chat gpt these 2 motors can operate :)
if they didnt im gonna sell them to my local motor provider and buy new ones.
Voltcraft VC-523 and this device nearly equal price of 250w motor in here :) so i pass than
if this system operate and not get too hot for operation
maybe gettin 45degree is really hard for these motors if it so i can lower the values of the angles

Hi my motors arent gonna give me 45 degree of rotation but it can do 20-25
my u joint arrive today im gonna build it this weekend. i have tho shorten my motor arms because of the
wrong motor choice. well lets begin with this :)) thank you everybody who give me ideas and suggestions on this 2 dof sim.
