Question Anfänger braucht Hilfe für 6DOF Modell - noob need help for 6DOF model

Hallo Leute,

zuerst möchte ich mich kurz vorstellen. Mein Name ist Martin, bin 27 Jahre alt und ich komme aus Österreich. Ich fliege leidenschaftlich gern mit der EC135 in FSX. Es ist mir in meiner Wohnung derzeit leider nicht möglich eine Bewegungsplattform in Originalgröße zu bauen. Daher habe ich beschlossen mir ein kleines Modell zu bauen, um die Abläufe in den Bewegungen, sowie im Elektronik- sowie den Programmierbereich zu verstehen.

Mein Ziel:
Eine vollständig funktionsfähige Modell-6DOF-Plattfrom auf Basis eines Arduino UNO und sechs RC-Servos zu bauen und mit dem FSX zu synchronisieren.

Mein Fortschritt:
Bitte nicht lachen, denn ich bin noch nicht sehr weit. Ich habe FSX Steam inkl. einiger Addons installiert. Ich habe Simtools 2.1 installiert und das Spiel gepatcht. Im tuning centre von Simtools bekomme ich an jeder Stelle Werte aus dem Spiel zurück – diese Verbindung besteht und funktioniert also schon einmal *stolzbin*

Mein Problem:
Kurz und knapp – die Servos rühren sich keinen Millimeter. Ich bin eigentlich ein technisch sehr versierter Mensch, kenne mich jedoch in Sachen Programmierung noch nicht so gut aus – und das ist noch maßlos untertrieben.

Meine Fragen (dürfte wohl der längste Abschnitt werden):
Belegung Arduino:
Kann ich für die RC-Servos die digitalen Pins 2-7 verwenden?
Reicht der 5V Ausgang am Arduino um alle sechs Servos zu steuern und auch zu bewegen oder soll ich besser die Stromversorgung über eine 9V-Blockbatterie am Breadboard nehmen?

SimTools-Game Engine:

Interface Settings:
Ich habe echt keine Ahnung was ich da ausfüllen muss… Ich weiß, dass mein Arduino über COM4 läuft, mehr aber auch nicht. Kann mir jemand die nötigen Einstellungen nennen?

Axis Assignments:
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen 1DOF, 2DOF,… und Axis1, Axis2,…? Muss ich bei einer 6DOF-Plattform nun insgesamt 36 Werte eingeben? Wenn ja, welche und vor allem warum?

Sonstiges:
Wenn ich das im englischen Forum richtig verstanden habe, dann braucht der Arduino keine eigene Firmware wenn nur Servos angesteuert werden. Stimmt das? Muss ich sonst noch etwas tun an das ich bis jetzt noch gar nicht gedacht habe?


Kann sich bitte einer, oder besser alle deutsch sprechenden Mitglieder dieses Forums (Mein Englisch ist zwar nicht unter aller Sau, aber anscheinend nicht ausreichend für meine Probleme) mir und meinen Problemen annehmen?

@noorbeast i think this was the mistake in my program. I will try it out if i am at home.

I´ve read the links what you´ve sent, but when the text is in english i don´t understand it. that is the reason why i´ve opened this thread. I hope one of the members can help me to understand what i have to do.

Yes but the servos don´t move. I get values from the game but they dont move.

@noorbeast danke für deine Hilfe. Nun hat es endlich geklappt und alles läuft perfekt. Bauplan, Schaltplan, Arduino-Code und SimTools-Einstellungen werde ich noch online stellen.

Nun habe ich das nächste Problem:

Wenn ich SimTools öffne, und in ein Spiel einsteige, oder nur die Achsen teste kommt die Meldung und es funktioniert nicht mehr. Sobald die Meldung kommt, funktioniert auch die Steuerung nicht mehr. ich habe Simtools als Admin ausgeführt. Was kann das sein?

if you are powering the RC servos through the usb port only could be the problem.
i had crashings too with some quick movements and with an external power supply all got sorted out.
