Hi Everyone, need a little help

Im building simple 2dof with Uno + Sabretooth 2x32A and ive encountered a problem cant get any movement in SMC util... Ive did one project last year got everything working (based on the same hardware) just idea wasn't good enough.

Never touched any wiring or soft really and moved to current idea, build it, wired no go Tried tons of scripts, checked baud rates etc. I can run motor trough example script from Arduino Sabretooth library no problem so im assuming Uno and Sabretooth are fine and working together , but nothing happens in SMCUtil... Im reading pot's and everything just seems like no coms between uno and sabretooth. Tried different speeds, ports, cables, other Arduino Uno board, other PC, laptop.... got completely lost here
