    Hello,
I'm building a motion simulator with linear actuators, using stepper motors. It works very well, but it vibrates a lot because of the "mini" steps : the output is really precise so it sometimes moves of one or two steps and these movements produce a lot of vibrations.
Is there any way to reduce the "sensibility" or something like that on Simtools?

    Thanks,
    Tintin Boulsard

Yes, Increase the max/min value for the DOF on the tuning page.
There is also the intensity slider at the bottom right pf the screen.
But most likely the max/min value for the DOF should be enlarged.
buzz me if you need some help with this, or not sure what to do.

As my opinion, adding some smoothing filters can help reduce the sensitivity to small step changes, which should in turn reduce vibrations.
