    My Motion Simulator:
2DOF, 3DOF, DC motor, Arduino, Motion platform
I have connect a 3v-36V Dual 15A H-Bridge DC Motor Driver on my arduino as follows

    Ard 5v <> Bridge 5+
    Ard Gnd <> Bridge Gnd
    Ard PWM1 <> Bridge PWM1
    Ard PWM2 <> Bridge DIR1

    Bridge Power <> 12v 16A Input PSU
    Bridge Ground <> PSU Ground

    Bridge Motor1 <> Servo1
    Bridge Motor1 <> Servo1

The problem is that when i power up the circuit, the bridge sends the 12v directly to the motor witch spins like crazy. When i remove the 5v from the arduino then the spining stops.... I tested all my 4 bridges with same result. :(

Whos code are you using ? or is it your own.
I would recommend Prilads or RufusDufus believe both can support the H Bridge.
Without much information hard to say what to do mate.
